Project Manager (Mid-West), Verizon account – Fiber to the cell 2012 - 2015

Responsible for all Verizon fiber to the cell projects for the mid-west region.  Managed a team of coordinators, engineers, construction personnel, and installers to build to and turn up fiber at Verizon cell sites.  Daily activities included but not limited to.  Customer meetings, reporting progress to customers, database updating (Salesforce), Engineering meetings and solutions to complex fiber installation issues, closeout documentation, scheduling, risk mitigation, job costs and budgeting, assisting sales team in securing additional work, and overall project management.  Mid-west region to include

Project Manager (National), AT&T LOS project 2011- 2012

Managed LOS (line of sight) project for sites assigned to Glotel from AT&T.  Over 1000 LOS studies completed nationally.  Responsible for overall project.  Responsibilities included to but not limited to, sub-contractor selection, sub-contractor management, survey scheduling, PO reconciliation, vendor management, closeout packages, quality control, and delivery of results.

Responsible for the overall design and deployment of Microwave Networks for Clearwire in multiple markets. Managed a team of Engineers, Technical Assistant’s, LOS Surveyors, and Pathing Vendors to complete Microwave Network Design and Deployment in multiple East Coast Markets.  Also responsible for the management, scheduling, and deployment of 10 to 15 Microwave Pathing Vendors at one time across multiple markets.  Responsibilities include but were not limited to: Microwave Design, Microwave Engineering, Microwave Link performance review, Fiber Hub candidate selection, Site Acquisition interface, Logistics, Construction, test and turn up, Contractor selection, PO requesting and documentation and database upkeep.   Markets to include:

Responsible for the overall turnkey construction of Clearwire Wireless Network in the Upstate, NY region.  I was responsible for the Network Deployment of both the Expedience Technology and Microwave Deployment.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Milestones reporting, Structural review, PO requesting/documentation, NTP procurement, blueprint review, Microwave/Backhaul installation, bidding process, sub contractor management/selection, scheduling, material management, OSHA and safety compliance, closeout documentation, upload and download of information into Clearvision database.  Managed a staff of four Construction Supervisors and a sub contractor workforce of 7 contracting companies.

Manage satellite office for steel erecting personnel in Unity, Ohio (12 in-house steel erectors).

Managed the Construction Department and Personnel with in the Construction Department.  Over 60 direct subordinates at any given point in time. Planed, organized, and managed the overall turnkey construction deployment of telecommunications and commercial projects.
